ENYECONTROLS Building Management System (EC-BMS)

Monitor and control the following: Facilities automation of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Sanitary, and other equipment. Environmental control and monitoring of Temperature, Carbon Monoxide, Pressure, etc. Life and Property Safety, Energy Monitoring.

System Description

This document describes the main requirement of the Enyecontrols Building Management System (EC-BMS).

The following systems shall be controlled and monitored by the Enyecontrols Building Management System (EC-BMS):

  • Chiller Plant Management System
  • Air Handling Unit Control and Monitoring System
  • Fan Coil Unit Control and Monitoring System
  • Life and Property Safety System
    • Stairwell Pressurization Control and Monitoring System
    • Smoke Extraction System
    • Fire and Smoke Protection System
  • Exhaust Fan Control and Monitoring System
  • Third-party interface to power meters, FDAS, etc..
This is to reiterate the importance of BMS to ensure the following:
  • Comfort - comfort of building occupants and ease of operation
  • Security - security of investments especially on the major equipment
  • Efficiency - optimization of various system
  • Energy savings
The mentioned systems shall have stand-alone local control capability with high-level monitoring by the BMS. To ensure such, the following are strictly required:
  • All Direct Digital Controllers / Networkable Stand-Alone Controllers (DDC / NSAC) shall have HMI/LCD/LED display and keypad, buttons, etc. for access.
  • All DDC/NSAC shall be native BACnet/Modbus and shall not require an additional gateway. TCP/IP or RS485 connection should be built in.
